Exceptional opportunity to work in QCT Finance managing R&D headcount and expense reporting for Mobile, Compute, XR, Infrastructure and Tech business units. Responsibilities include consolidation of R&D actuals and forecasts, allocation of targets, variance analysis, financial reporting, and management presentations. Requires proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau, with a self-motivated attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Ansvarsområden

  • Manage R&D headcount and expense reporting for Mobile, Compute, XR, Infrastructure and Tech business units.
  • Consolidate R&D actuals and forecasts by project and group.
  • Allocate headcount and expense targets to groups and business units.
  • Perform monthly and quarterly variance analysis, financial reporting, and management-level presentations.
  • Perform ad hoc analysis and proactively improve business processes impacting finance.
  • Work closely with Program Management, Product Management, Engineering, and Finance business unit teams, and QCT’s Engineering Planning Roadmap.

Krav

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3+ years of Finance, Accounting, or related work experience.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Analytical Tools and frameworks.
  • Self-motivated and produces an accurate work product.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strict attention to detail.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 4+ years of Finance, Accounting, or related work experience.
  • Prior work experience in the wireless/telecommunications industry.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills.
  • Tableau and Cognos TM1 (or similar) experience is preferred.
