Amazon is looking for a Sr. FinOps Analyst to join the Global Accounts Payable team in Pune, India. The role focuses on managing vendor relationships, resolving complex disputes, and driving process improvements within the accounts payable function.

Ansvarsområden

  • Identify root causes for problems within Accounts Payable and lead initiatives to fix them.
  • Analyze key supplier trends and govern mediation requirements.
  • Act as a main point of contact for TOP Amazon Suppliers to build relationships and resolve conflicts.
  • Prepare vendor health scorecards and proactively manage at-risk accounts.
  • Address account-related inquiries from vendors and guide them on using Amazon tools.
  • Process invoices according to agreed timeliness and quality.
  • Perform quality checks and provide feedback.
  • Prepare dashboards covering key metrics.
  • Handle vendor maintenance activities and operational reporting.
  • Manage month-end reports and reconciliations.

Krav

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting and commerce (B. Com).
  • Knowledge of Excel at an advanced level.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
  • 4+ years of finance operations/shared services, accounts payable, account receivable (collections) or general ledger experience.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
