Ansvarsområden
- Lead and develop Program Managers for project support in new product/offering design and financial system setup.
- Oversee and implement cross-functional projects, managing portfolios and ensuring quality standards.
- Identify and communicate project risks with clear recommendations for resolution.
- Provide leadership and technical guidance for large-scale process implementations and improvements.
- Collaborate with global accounting, tech, finance, tax, and business teams to maintain strong communication.
- Hire and develop talent, actively participating in Accounting recruiting efforts.
Krav
- 3+ years of tax, finance, or related analytical field experience.
- 4+ years of Accounts Receivable or Account Payable experience.
- 4+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses.
- 4+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis.
- 4+ years of identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize, or simplify finance or business tools and processes.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics, or business, OR Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of quantitative role experience.
- Experience with advanced use of SQL for data mining and business intelligence.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- 4+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects with measurable results.
- MBA or CPA.
- Knowledge of Tableau.
- Six Sigma Black Belt.
- Experience as a lean sensei or as a Quality Assurance Engineer.
