AWS Professional Services India is seeking a Senior Engagement Manager to lead complex, multi-workstream cloud transformation programs. You will own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle, act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, and drive business outcomes using frameworks like CAF and WAF, while leveraging AI/GenAI for innovation. Based in Bengaluru, this role requires extensive IT consulting and program leadership experience.

Ansvarsområden

  • Own and lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-workstream cloud transformation programs, ensuring business outcomes are achieved within schedule, scope, and financial constraints.
  • Shape and validate cloud delivery strategies for complex engagements, applying frameworks such as the Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF), Well-Architected Framework (WAF), and Engagement Delivery Framework (EDF).
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior customer stakeholders, leading steering committees, driving alignment, and building deep trusted relationships.
  • Proactively identify, manage, and escalate risks and issues; develop and execute mitigation plans; redirect distressed programs to delight customers.
  • Maximize engagement value by negotiating conditions of acceptance, managing scope changes, and amending contractual terms within project constraints.
  • Drive delivery excellence across engagements by defining and sharing EM best practices, creating reusable mechanisms, and establishing operational excellence.
  • Actively mentor and develop team members; perform Technical Promotion Assessments (TPAs) and coach Engagement Managers to raise the bar.
  • Participate in pre-sales activities, contributing to proposals, scoping, and business development for complex services engagements.
  • Leverage Agentic AI and GenAI to optimize delivery processes, improve team productivity, and drive innovative customer outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional AWS teams including Delivery Consultants, Account Executives, Cloud Architects, and Partner teams to solution and deliver cloud programs.

Krav

  • 7+ years of leading multiple Agile teams (like Scrum Masters, Product Owners) concurrently or at scale experience
  • 7+ years of leading and delivering enterprise-level IT engagements experience
  • Knowledge of the value proposition of the public cloud and cloud engagement delivery (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
  • Experience with Agile and project management toolsets like Jira, Rally, VersionOne or Taiga
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 7+ years of project/program management experience

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience working with and presenting to C-level executives, IT, and lines of businesses across organizations or equivalent
  • PMP, Prince2, PgMP, SAFe or SCRUM/Agile certification
  • 9+ years of working with Data & AI related technologies, including, but not limited to, AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, and/or Storage experience
  • AWS certification, such as, AWS Solutions Architect, or a similar cloud certification
  • Partner delivery experience — enabling and managing delivery through third-party partners
