Ansvarsområden
- Install, configure, and manage AIX and Linux servers (RHEL, Oracle Linux, etc.)
- Perform system upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control through Centrify
- Design and deploy scalable Linux infrastructure solutions
- Support enterprise platforms
- Monitor system performance, CPU/memory utilization
- Tune system performance and troubleshoot bottlenecks
- Develop automation scripts (Shell script / Ansible / Power Shell)
- Automate deployments and operational tasks
- Apply security best practices and system hardening
- Ensure compliance with organizational/security standards
- Diagnose and resolve complex Linux issues (kernel, apps, network)
- Perform root cause analysis for critical incidents
- Act as L3 / SME escalation point
- Configure and troubleshoot: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
- Configure and troubleshoot: NFS, SAN, NAS storage
- Mentor junior engineers and teams
- Maintain system documentation, SOPs, and runbooks
