I korthet

As a Sr Consultant in Noida, you will lead junior analysts and mentor them through feedback and coaching. You will act as a Subject Matter Expert, deliver projects on time, and drive best practices in SoC development and verification using tools like Verilog, UVM, and C++.

Ansvarsområden

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert and mentor junior analysts.
  • Build product expertise through research and analysis of diverse products.
  • Provide value-add to business process/application improvement.
  • Prepare and develop documentation for tools and project processes.
  • Define deliverables and measures for the project.
  • Track metrics and monitor timelines/milestones.
  • Prepare periodic reports and escalate challenges.
  • Oversee a small group of project team members to optimize work allocation.

Krav

  • Expert proficiency in SoC architecture and design.
  • In-depth knowledge of Verilog and UVM for digital verification.
  • Excellent understanding of C and C++ development for embedded systems and SoC integration.
  • Strong familiarity with RTL design, simulation tools (Synopsys VCS, Cadence).
  • Advanced proficiency in developing and reviewing testbench architectures using UVM.
  • Solid experience in mentoring technical teams and driving best practices in SoC development.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Recommended: Certified Verification Engineer (CVE) – UVM (Optional but valuable).
  • Recommended: IEEE Certified SoC Design Professional (Optional but valuable).
