Amazon's WHS Central Programs Team in India seeks a Sr. Associate to manage safety programs, analyze injury/illness data, and collaborate with stakeholders. The role involves end-to-end ownership of deliverables, performance metric development, and problem-solving.

Ansvarsområden

  • End-to-end ownership of deliverables with optimum quality and adherence to timelines (SLA).
  • Communication with Internal Stakeholders within the CPT as well as larger WHS Organization.
  • Develop and/or understand performance metrics to assist with driving business results.
  • Scope out business and functional requirements for the CPT team who create and enhance the WHS programs.
  • Systematically escalate problems or variance in the information and data to the relevant owners and teams and follow through on the resolutions to ensure they are delivered.
  • Work within various time constraints to meet critical business needs, while measuring and identifying activities performed.

Krav

  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
  • Bachelor's degree in Safety, Environment related field or Engineering

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience with AI/ML technologies
  • Experience in data analysis using tools such as Excel, Pivot Tables, SQL, Tableau, or equivalent
  • Experience solving complex problems quantitatively and develop actionable data-driven business recommendations
