The Sr. Associate, WHS Central Programs Team in Bengaluru, India, will analyze injury, illness, and event data to troubleshoot issues and communicate findings. Ansvarsområden

End-to-end ownership of deliverables with optimum quality and adherence to timelines (SLA).
Communication with Internal Stakeholders within the CPT as well as larger WHS Organization.
Develop and/or understand performance metrics to assist with driving business results.
Scope out business and functional requirements for the CPT team who create and enhance the WHS programs.
Systematically escalate problems or variance in the information and data to the relevant owners and teams and follow through on the resolutions to ensure they are delivered.
Work within various time constraints to meet critical business needs, while measuring and identifying activities performed.

Krav

Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
Bachelors degree in Safety, Environment related field or Engineering
Ability to analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, propose safety interventions

Önskade kvalifikationer

Experience with AI/ML technologies
Experience in data analysis using tools such as Excel, Pivot Tables, SQL, Tableau, or equivalent
