Ansvarsområden
- Understand Amazon systems, tools, processes, and setup mechanisms for process adherence with external sellers and vendors.
- Collaborate with internal teams, sellers, and FC teams to streamline the inbound process.
- Track key metrics to identify issues and work with respective teams to drive suitable solutions.
- Prepare deep-dive reports and analyze data for auditing inputs and driving timely actions with key stakeholders.
- Proactively prepare for events to ensure best-in-class inventory readiness and speed for key events.
Krav
- 1+ years of customer service experience.
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
- Experience in payments or e-commerce.
