I korthet

HCLTech is seeking a Senior Technical Lead with 4-8 years of experience to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and the Power Platform. This role involves leading AI-powered automation initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders, and mentoring junior team members across multiple locations in India.

Ansvarsområden

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse.
  • Design and implement AI-powered conversational agents, autonomous workflows, and business process automation solutions.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams to gather requirements.
  • Drive the complete solution lifecycle, including discovery, design, development, testing, deployment, governance, and support.
  • Implement integrations between Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Azure services, ServiceNow, SAP, Salesforce, and other enterprise applications.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers and consultants.
  • Design and manage Dataverse data models, security roles, business rules, and governance frameworks.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI Agents, Power Platform, and Microsoft AI ecosystem.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, SOPs, and solution design documents.

Krav

  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing AI-powered agents, conversational experiences, and business automation solutions.
  • Expertise in developing canvas apps, model-driven apps, automated workflows, and enterprise integrations.
  • Strong understanding of Dataverse architecture, security model, data modeling, plugins, business rules, and virtual tables.
  • Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with Azure services, Microsoft Graph APIs, REST APIs, and enterprise applications.
  • Experience implementing Copilot Studio generative AI capabilities, knowledge sources, topics, actions, and custom connectors.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, and Microsoft Graph.
  • Understanding of Responsible AI practices, security controls, compliance, and governance frameworks for enterprise AI solutions.
  • Proven track record of leading and delivering complex digital transformation and automation projects.
  • Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

  • 4–8 years of experience, with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or AI-powered enterprise automation implementations.
