I korthet

We are seeking a Sr Administrator for Support & Operations with 4-8 years of relevant experience in L2 network support. The role requires strong technical skills in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NAT, switching, routing, wireless, and scripting with Python. Responsibilities include complex incident resolution, root cause analysis, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Ansvarsområden

  • Adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
  • Provide support for complex incidents, escalated by analysts, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions to resolve technical & security issues.
  • Engage in value-adding activities such as Knowledge base update & management, training freshers, and coaching analysts.
  • Resolve complex tickets within agreed SLAs and collaborate with other support teams to ensure seamless operations & security posture.
  • Ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution, minimum rejected resolutions / reopen Cases, and mitigating security threats.

Krav

  • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NAT.
  • Strong knowledge of Switching & Routing fundamentals (CCNA-level minimum).
  • Strong knowledge of Wireless.
  • Hands-on scripting: Python (preferred) or any coding background.
  • Experience in automation-driven network operations.
  • Troubleshooting Network performance issues, connectivity, and quality issues.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting mindset.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure incident scenarios.
  • Structured and process-compliant approach (critical for L2 role).
  • 4–8 years of relevant experience in Network Operations (L2 support).
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (or equivalent).
  • CCNA certification mandatory.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Familiarity with network automation frameworks/tools (good to have).
  • CCNP / Automation certifications (preferred).
