- Support roaming investigations.
- Escalate RF-related and complex issues to L3.
- Perform SSID provisioning.
- Provide AP deployment support.
- Implement controller configuration updates.
- Enforce WLAN policy implementation.
- Validate AP health.
- Monitor controller availability.
- Support firmware compliance activities.
- Assist in wireless performance reporting.
Krav
- 3-5 years of Wireless Operations experience.
- Experience supporting Cisco or Aruba wireless networks.
- Good understanding of WLAN fundamentals.
