I korthet

Citrix L2 Engineer responsible for the administration, troubleshooting, optimization, and support of Citrix DaaS, Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, and Citrix ADC (NetScaler) environments. The candidate will act as the highest level of technical escalation for Citrix-related incidents and manage complex troubleshooting, design recommendations, upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning activities.

Ansvarsområden

  • Manage and support Citrix DaaS environments.
  • Administer Citrix Cloud services including DaaS, Cloud Connectors, Secure Private Access, Workspace, and Federated Authentication.
  • Monitor environment health and service availability.
  • Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for Citrix service-related issues.
  • Administer and support CVAD environments.
  • Create and manage Machine Catalogs, Delivery Groups, Policies, Published Applications, and Published Desktops.
  • Perform environment upgrades and migrations.
  • Troubleshoot user logon issues, application launch failures, VDA registration issues, profile-related problems, and StoreFront issues.
  • Optimize user experience and session performance.
  • Administer Citrix ADC appliances (VPX/MPX/SDX).
  • Configure and manage Load Balancing, SSL Offloading, Gateway, Content Switching, GSLB, Rewrite & Responder Policies, and WAF.
  • Manage certificate installation, renewal, and troubleshooting.
  • Analyze HDX traffic and ICA connectivity issues.
  • Handle L3 incidents and critical production outages.
  • Perform detailed RCA (Root Cause Analysis).
  • Work with Citrix TAC and other vendors for complex issues.
  • Provide operational support during maintenance windows.
  • Analyze Citrix Director and Monitor data.
  • Conduct performance tuning for VDAs, StoreFront Servers, Delivery Controllers, and ADC Appliances.
  • Optimize login performance and resource utilization.
  • Implement Citrix security best practices.
  • Manage MFA integration with Citrix Gateway.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational security policies.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation.
  • Develop automation scripts using PowerShell, Citrix SDK, and automation tools.
  • Build operational runbooks and SOPs.
