The Sr Administrator (Support & Operations) role in Gurugram involves managing and supporting Azure services, including VMs, storage, and networking. Ansvarsområden

  • Manage and support Azure services (VMs, Storage, VNet, Load Balancer, Firewall, DNS, Backup, Monitor, Log Analytics).
  • Handle P1/P2 critical incidents, perform root cause analysis, and provide L3 support.
  • Implement RBAC policies, Conditional Access Policies, and MFA.
  • Manage VM patching and monitor backup jobs.
  • Configure and troubleshoot VNet, ExpressRoute, Site-to-Site VPN, and Private Endpoints.
  • Configure Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Alerts for performance optimization.
  • Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, ARM Templates, Bicep, Azure Automation, and PowerShell.
  • Implement Azure security best practices, including Azure Policy and Key Vault.
  • Analyze Azure spend and recommend cost optimization opportunities.
  • Mentor L1 and L2 engineers, conduct technical reviews, and prepare operational guidelines.

Krav

  • Experience managing Azure Virtual Machines (Windows/Linux).
  • Proficiency in Azure Storage Accounts, Virtual Network, VNet Peering, Network Security Groups, Load Balancer, Application Gateway, Firewall, Bastion, DNS, Backup, Recovery Services Vault, Monitor, and Log Analytics.
  • Experience with incident and problem management, including P1/P2 incidents and root cause analysis.
  • Skills in Identity & Access Management, including RBAC, Conditional Access Policies, and MFA.
  • Experience with VM patching using Azure Update Manager and backup management.
  • Knowledge of networking configurations such as VNet & Subnets, VNet Peering, ExpressRoute, Site-to-Site VPN, Private Endpoints, Load Balancers, and Application Gateway.
  • Experience with monitoring tools like Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Alerts.
  • Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, ARM Templates, and Bicep.
  • Experience with Azure Automation and PowerShell scripting.
  • Understanding of Azure security best practices, Azure Policy, and Key Vault.
  • Familiarity with FinOps principles for cost optimization.
  • Experience in mentoring junior engineers and conducting technical reviews.
