We are looking for a skilled Level 2 SCCM + Intune Engineer to manage, configure, and troubleshoot enterprise-level device management, software deployment, security, and compliance using SCCM and Microsoft Intune. This role involves collaborating with IT teams, automating tasks, and ensuring the health of SCCM/Intune infrastructure.

Ansvarsområden

  • Design, implement, and maintain SCCM and Intune environments.
  • Manage and automate software deployments, patching, and configurations.
  • Oversee and troubleshoot operating system deployments (OSD) and application packaging.
  • Ensure device compliance and security policies are applied correctly.
  • Collaborate with IT security teams to implement and monitor security policies.
  • Perform regular health checks, reporting, and capacity planning.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to Level 1 and 2 engineers.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to SCCM and Intune configuration.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement continuous improvement processes.
  • Manage hybrid environments supporting both on-premises and cloud solutions.
  • Work with business units to implement SCCM/Intune solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Stay current with updates and best practices related to SCCM, Intune, and Microsoft 365.

Krav

  • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, or equivalent.
  • Experience with third-party patch management tools.
  • Understanding of other endpoint management tools like VMware Workspace ONE, Jamf, etc.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365.
  • Experience with operating system deployment (OSD) and task sequencing using SCCM.
  • Familiarity with Intune mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM).
  • Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, VBScript) for automation.
  • Experience with co-management (SCCM and Intune) and hybrid environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in enterprise-level environments.
  • Experience with security and compliance policies (e.g., BitLocker, conditional access policies).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
