Ansvarsområden

  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and workflow optimisation.
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy automation use cases across IT and business operations.
  • Create scripts and automation workflows to eliminate repetitive manual tasks.
  • Develop reusable automation components and frameworks to support multiple business functions.
  • Integrate automation solutions with enterprise tools, platforms, and APIs.
  • Monitor automation performance and implement continuous improvements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation workflows and scripts.
  • Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and process documentation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into automation use cases.
  • Participate in automation governance, compliance, and best practice reviews.
  • Support automation adoption and knowledge transfer across teams.

Krav

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Experience in scripting, automation development, and workflow orchestration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
