I korthet

We are seeking a skilled BigFix Administrator (L2) to manage enterprise endpoint services including patching, software deployment, compliance, and vulnerability remediation. The role involves daily administration of the BigFix infrastructure and collaboration with various IT teams to ensure endpoint stability and compliance. This position requires strong technical skills in BigFix, Windows, Linux, and macOS, along with excellent analytical and communication abilities.

Ansvarsområden

  • Administer and maintain the BigFix Endpoint Management platform for Windows, Linux, UNIX, and macOS.
  • Monitor endpoint health, agent status, and platform performance.
  • Deploy operating system patches and security updates using BigFix Fixlets and Baselines.
  • Package, deploy, and manage software installations through BigFix.
  • Monitor endpoint compliance against organizational security policies and support vulnerability remediation.
  • Develop and support BigFix Tasks, Fixlets, Baselines, and automation workflows.
  • Generate compliance, patching, deployment, and endpoint health reports.
  • Resolve Level 2 incidents related to BigFix infrastructure and endpoint management.
  • Support BigFix Server, Relay, Console, WebUI, and Agent administration.
