I korthet

The SPS Associate (ASSR) is the primary contact for new Amazon sellers in India, guiding them through onboarding and providing operational support. This remote role requires fluency in English and Hindi, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel. The associate will help sellers launch and succeed on the A.IN platform, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Ansvarsområden

  • Act as the primary interface between Amazon and new 3rd party sellers.
  • Onboard new selling partners to the Amazon .IN platform.
  • Provide timely and accurate operational support to 3rd party sellers.
  • Connect with sellers daily over the phone to guide and onboard them.
  • Address chronic system issues, provide process improvements, and develop internal documentation.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment.
  • Liaise with other departments like Customer Service, Merchant Investigations, or Payments teams.

Krav

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Hindi.
  • Demonstrates effective, clear, and professional written and oral communication.
  • Provides prompt and efficient service to Amazon Sellers and Merchants.
  • Maintains a positive and professional demeanor.
  • Demonstrates excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Contributes to a positive team environment and aids team members.
  • Maintains acceptable performance metrics (quality, productivity, first contact resolution, attendance).
  • Actively seeks solutions through logical reasoning and data interpretation.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
  • Experience with Excel.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Any Graduation degree.
  • Experience within a customer service environment preferred.
  • Technical (Computers & Internet) savvy is required.
  • Business acumen in areas of e-commerce and retail.
  • Committed seller advocate, drive process & tool improvements.
  • Enthusiasm and strong self-motivation.
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills, with a high degree of flexibility.
  • Embrace constant change with flexibility and good grace.
  • Demonstrate appropriate sense of urgency.
  • Desire to expand skills into new areas.
  • 1+ years of driving process improvements experience.
  • Desired skill-sets include MS Office Application Excel and Internet Explorer / Mozilla Firefox.
