ABB seeks a Specialist for Procurement Processes & Digital Purchasing Systems (m/f/d) to lead eProcurement and process optimization projects, manage change, and drive digital transformation within the Procurement function. This role requires around 3-5 years of experience, SAP MM knowledge, and strong communication skills in German and English.

Ansvarsområden

  • Lead procurement projects with a strong focus on eProcurement and process optimization.
  • Act as a key representative of Global Procurement in cross-functional business initiatives.
  • Drive change management activities to support successful adoption of new processes and tools.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance user capabilities and ensure smooth implementation.
  • Create, maintain, and manage information for internal and external stakeholders through platforms such as SharePoint and the ABB Intranet.
  • Plan and evaluate strategic initiatives related to Procurement Excellence and Digital Transformation in close collaboration with the Global Procurement Leadership Team.
  • Drive and support PEDT&R initiatives, including License to Operate topics, administrative activities, and execution of compliance controls.

Krav

  • ~3-5 years of professional experience in Information Systems or Procurement with strong technical understanding.
  • Solid understanding of project management fundamentals; advanced expertise is a plus.
  • Solid knowledge of SAP MM; familiarity with other eProcurement tools is a plus; SAP customizing experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills in German and English (both mandatory).
  • Highly organized and structured work approach, with strong attention to detail.
  • Open-minded, eager to learn, and resilient mindset.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Advanced expertise in project management is a plus.
  • Familiarity with other eProcurement tools is a plus.
  • SAP customizing experience is a plus.

Förmåner

  • 10 home office days a month.
  • The minimum compensation, in accordance with the electrical and electronics industry collective agreement, is 3 775.27 EUR monthly for a full-time position as of May 2026.
