The Specifications Analyst-PRM QP will review customer and project specifications for special processes, ensuring compliance and identifying requirements. This role involves reconciling order details, communicating technical information, and developing procedures to meet project documentation needs within the Oil & Gas industry.

Ansvarsområden

Review customer/project specifications on special processes, identifying requirements and recommending alternatives.
Consolidate requirements upon PO receipt, reconciling gaps between quotes, qualification processes, POs, and kickoff agreements.
Develop sales order long text to clearly communicate customer/project requirements to the factory.
Support technical meetings with customers, factory, and vendors on special process requirements.
Write addendums to manufacturing procedures for material testing, heat treatment, welding, painting, NDE, and other special processes.
Review and initiate technical clarifications on customer-commented procedures.
Create special procedures or specifications when current documents are insufficient.
Provide adhoc support for PMO objectives and project-related activities.

Krav

5 to 10 years of hands-on experience with special processes (coating, welding, NDE, casting, heat treatment) in the Oil & Gas industry.
Strong knowledge of ASME BPVC (Sections II, V, VIII, IX) and NORSOK M501.
Ability to learn and comprehend technical details and gain technical literacy in special processes.
Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and independent judgment.
Professional communication skills (reading, writing, and verbal) across different cultures and languages.
Ability to use MS Office applications (Word and Excel).
Being a team player is essential.

Preferably familiar with IOGP S-563, S-705, S-715.
