Seeking a Senior Finance Analyst for General Accounting (RTR) with strong ERP-based F&A BPO process experience, preferably in Healthcare. Responsibilities include journal entry management, account reconciliations, financial reporting, and monthly period close.

Ansvarsområden

Prepare and post manual ad-hoc journals.
Manage journal approvals.
Monitor shared service performance against SLAs/KPIs.
Prepare account reconciliations and reconcile ledgers.
Analyze and resolve interface variances.
Generate standard P&L and balance sheet reports.
Oversee automated journal uploads and correct errors.
Ensure journals, accruals, and allocations are booked correctly.
Manage the monthly period close.

Krav

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
Strong technical accounting expertise.
2 to 6 years in GL Accounting Process.
Willing to work in Night Shifts.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Workday ERP knowledge is an added advantage.
BPO GL Experience will be an added advantage.
Good knowledge of MS Office applications, Excel, word.
Ability to type 60 – 65 WPM.
Thorough knowledge of applicable accounts payable/general ledger systems and procedure, financial chart for accounts and corporate procedures.
Ability to perform mathematical computations quickly and accurately.
Good knowledge in working with some of the F & A application platforms, like SAP, Oracle, ERP are preferred.
