Emerson is seeking a Specialist II Instructional Design professional in Mandaluyong, Philippines, for a hybrid role. This position involves collaborating with SMEs to develop and update learning content and e-learning modules, supporting commercial excellence strategies and enhancing customer experience.

Ansvarsområden

  • Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop learning content and assessment materials.
  • Compile, arrange, and update training materials and curriculum.
  • Develop course materials based on information from SMEs and instructors.
  • Correct and update e-learning modules issues and escalate to developers when necessary.
  • Participate in developing storyboards, scripts, and suggest overall concepts to stakeholders.
  • Create content for multiple learning modalities (instructor-led, webinars, video, etc.).

Krav

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communication Arts, English, or equivalent.
  • 1-year related experience in training administration, curriculum development, learning management system, business reporting, customer service, or marketing.
  • Basic knowledge on e-learning content development and learning management systems.
  • Basic MS Office Application – Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
