I korthet

Emerson is looking for a Specialist II, Customer Care Administration in Mandaluyong, Philippines, to manage customer order execution from PO to delivery and billing. This role involves coordinating with suppliers, ensuring trade compliance, preparing invoices, and managing documentation to meet contractual obligations.

Ansvarsområden

  • Coordinate and follow up with internal and external suppliers for shipment expediting.
  • Provide customers with periodic updates on open order shipping schedules.
  • Conduct International Trade Compliance screening prior to shipment.
  • Liaise with the compliance team for hold release when needed.
  • Prepare shipping invoice for shipment processing.
  • Prepare proforma invoice for advance payment collection.
  • Coordinate with finance for any credit hold release.
  • Ensure accuracy in shipping documentation.
  • Work with the Document Control Team to ensure documents are submitted/approved per contract requirements.
  • Coordinate with customers and factories for scheduled third-party inspections.
  • Review and validate order entry data submitted by the upstream team to ensure accuracy and completeness before executing billing.
  • Process billing in accordance with customer contracts or purchase orders.

Krav

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related courses.
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience related to Customer Service, Sales, Order Administration, or PO (Purchase Order) processing.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and customer service oriented.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

  • Knowledge of SAP/Oracle or project management is a plus.
