In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Manage the centralized mailbox by ensuring that all emails not processed through the automated (AI-enabled) system are properly logged and promptly routed to the appropriate individual or team.
- Accurately log and record all relevant information and documentation in accordance with established world area Customer Relationship Management (CRM) processes.
- Identity, document, and report automation gaps within the centralized mailbox, including system behavior versus expected outcomes, error messages, prompts, and other observed deviations
