As an SOP Specialist for Optima HiTL and HoTL operations at Amazon, you will design and develop standard operating procedures crucial for LLM model development and evaluation. Ansvarsområden

Design and develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for Optima HiTL and HoTL operations in Amazon.
Support the development and evaluation of LLM models through SOP content strategy and annotation workflow development.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Data Scientists, SDEs, and other cross-functional teams.

Krav

Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Linguistics, or a related field.
Experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including colleagues and leadership, or experience with external customer interaction.
Knowledge of MS-Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.
Knowledge of HTML at the intermediate level.
Experience in project management.
1+ years experience in Technical writing.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Master's degree in English, Communications, Linguistics, or a related field.
Experience in building content for AI models.
