Solutions Manager needed with 8-12 years of experience to lead a pod of engineers in developing and deploying autonomous agent systems. This role involves conceptualizing, building, integrating, and sustaining these systems using Python and ADKs, with a strong focus on Responsible AI, evaluation, and security. The role requires client-facing maturity and mentoring experience.

Ansvarsområden

Embed with stakeholders to conceptualize agentic solutions and create prototypes quickly.
Design and ship single-agent and multi-agent systems in Python using ADKs to automate client workflows.
Drive delivery and operational efficiency, focusing on shorter cycle times, reduced manual effort, higher accuracy, and lower cost-to-serve.
Engineer agent core functionalities including prompt engineering, context engineering, RAG, memory, tool calling, and multi-agent orchestration.
Integrate agents into client ecosystems using standard patterns, APIs, and secure authentication.
Build reusable agent components, skills, tool libraries, and templates with guardrails for predictable behavior.
Prototype and iterate quickly, hardening solutions to production-grade, well-tested Python code.
Implement evaluation harnesses and test suites to measure agent correctness, safety, and regression.
Manage AgentOps/DevSecOps including CI/CD, versioning, observability, telemetry, shift-left security, and Responsible AI governance.
Establish a continuous feedback loop using production telemetry, evals, and client feedback.
Adopt evolving agent frameworks and patterns, and share field learnings.
Lead and mentor a team of 3 agent engineers, setting technical direction and raising the engineering bar.

Krav

Strong Python engineering skills (idiomatic, typed, tested, packaged code) with solid software engineering principles.
Hands-on agent building experience with at least one agent development kit (Google ADK, LangGraph, CrewAI, OpenAI Agents SDK, AWS Bedrock AgentCore, or Microsoft Agent Framework / Semantic Kernel).
Solid command of agent engineering concepts: prompt engineering, context engineering, prompt caching, RAG/context graphs, tool/function calling, MCP, and multi-agent orchestration.
Experience with eval-driven development: designing evaluation harnesses and measuring agent quality, safety, and reliability.
Proficiency in standards-based integration and DevSecOps: APIs, secure auth, CI/CD, observability, and AgentOps.
Ability to quickly conceptualize business problems as agentic solutions.
Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, customer-embedded settings.
Client-facing maturity, with the ability to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience mentoring or leading small engineering teams.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Fluency across multiple ADKs and the judgment to pick the right one per engagement.
Experience deploying agents to managed runtimes at enterprise scale (e.g., Vertex AI Agent Engine, Bedrock AgentCore) with governance and cost control.
Domain depth in finance operations, supply chain, HR, claims, or compliance.
Experience with an enterprise agent platform, including Responsible AI and governance at scale.
A track record of turning agents into reusable accelerators or IP adopted beyond a single engagement.
