AWS ISV team seeks a Solutions Architect in India (Pune/Mumbai) to help customers adopt cloud solutions using technologies like GenAI. This role involves technical advisory, designing scalable architectures, and collaborating with customers and internal teams to drive business value through AWS services.

Ansvarsområden

Help customers plan their successful cloud journey leveraging emerging technologies like GenAI to achieve business outcomes.
Solve complex, technical challenges by crafting scalable, flexible, and resilient cloud architectures.
Drive technical solutions discussions, diving deep into details with customer teams.
Build relationships to understand customers and partners, acting as a trusted technical advisor.
Influence stakeholders from technical teams to executives to align short-term decisions with long-term goals.
Speed up the adoption of AWS services.
Act as a thought leader by educating, sharing best practices, presenting at events, writing white papers/blogs, and running workshops.
Shape the direction of AWS products and services by gathering customer feedback and collaborating with engineering and service teams.
Meet multiple customers weekly, collaborating on designing and operating well-architected solutions.
Earn customer trust and educate them on AWS capabilities.
Partner with internal teams and experts to craft highly scalable, flexible, and resilient cloud architectures.
Continuously learn and innovate daily.
Work hand-in-hand with AWS customers to help drive AWS services adoption.
Support the overall technical relationship between customers and AWS, understanding business needs and providing prescriptive guidance on creating business value with technology.
Take a supporting role in creating and presenting technical content and best practices.
Employ engagement strategies and programs tailored to ISV customers' business needs and technical preferences.

Krav

Bachelor's degree
Experience in design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures
Experience in a similar role such as technical account manager, consultant, solutions architect, platform engineer, systems engineer, cloud architect, or service delivery manager
Experience in specific technology domain areas like software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data and analytics
4+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience
Experience designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems
Experience communicating clearly and concisely with leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
Can create proof of concepts, demos, and/or scripts from scratch or leveraging reusable components.
Able to create technical content that is easily adopted and reusable by others.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Knowledge of AWS services
Experience architecting, migrating, transforming or modernizing customer requirements to the cloud
Experience architecting/operating solutions built on AWS, or experience implementing a cloud-based technology solution
Experience implementing cloud services including migrations and modernization projects or similar
AWS certification, such as, AWS Solutions Architect, or a similar cloud certification, or Cloud Technology Certification
Able to present to technical and business audiences (training, workshops, publications)
4 years’ experience as a Solution Architect or related role.
