Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Solutions Architect in Mumbai, India, to help customers in the Retail/CPG sector leverage cloud technologies like GenAI. You will act as a technical advisor, designing scalable cloud architectures, driving service adoption, and serving as a key member of the account team. This role requires a strong understanding of emerging technologies and a passion for customer success.
Ansvarsområden
- Serve as a key technical member of the Retail/CPG Account team in helping to ensure customer success in building applications and services on the Amazon Web Services platform.
- Scope each customer engagement, with attention towards clear and well-defined objectives and success criteria.
- Own each technical engagement, and help ensure a timely and successful delivery of value.
- Capture and share best-practice knowledge amongst the solution architect community.
- Understand the Amazon Web Services market segments, customer base, and industry verticals.
- Help your customers plan their successful cloud journey leveraging emerging technologies like GenAI to achieve business outcomes.
- Solve complex, technical challenges so your customers can focus on their business.
- Craft scalable, flexible, and resilient cloud architectures.
- Drive or take part in technical solutions discussions, diving deep into the details with customer teams.
- Build relationships to understand our customers and partners.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor, using interpersonal skills to influence a variety of stakeholders from technical teams to executives.
- Help ensure their short-term technology decisions are aligned with their long-term goals.
- Speed up the adoption of our services.
- Act as a thought leader in the wider community.
- Take part in educating, sharing best practices, presenting at events, writing white papers, blogs, and running workshops.
- Shape the direction of our products and services by gathering feedback from customers whilst collaborating with our engineering and service teams.
- Meet multiple customers and collaborate with them on designing and operating well-architected solutions.
- Earn their trust and show them the art of the possible, educating them around the capabilities of AWS.
- Partner with internal teams and experts, leveraging a deep knowledge of our tools and products, to craft highly scalable, flexible, and resilient cloud architectures that address our customers’ business problems.
- Continuously learn and innovate daily.
Krav
- 6+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience
- 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience
- 3+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries experience
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- 3+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience
- Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud
- 3+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture and networking experience
- Passionate builder with genuine curiosity about how technology can support your customers’ business models and objectives.
- Customer-facing skills that will allow you to represent AISPL well within a customer’s environment and drive discussions with senior personnel within the company.
- Technical background that enables you to easily interact and give guidance to software developers and architects.
