Are you passionate about AI and ready to solve complex challenges? Microsoft Brazil is seeking a Solution Engineer to work with enterprise customers on AI-powered business solutions like Microsoft 365 Copilot. You will accelerate AI adoption through hands-on engagements and guide customers in modernizing their processes.

Ansvarsområden

  • Shape strategic win and customer success plans, tailoring Microsoft messaging.
  • Provide strategic, technical, and partner input based on Microsoft capability.
  • Monitor and respond to internal tech community posts, acting as a mentor.
  • Build readiness plans and proactively identify learning gaps.
  • Support partner technical capacity by identifying skill and resource gaps.
  • Engage in partner sell-with scenarios, acting as a liaison.
  • Lead and ensure technical wins for core and adjacent technologies.
  • Presents and applies architecture patterns to partners or customers.
  • Demonstrates and oversees demonstrations (e.g., architectural design sessions, and proof of concept [POC] sessions) of products, services, and integration.

Krav

  • Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 3+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 4+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR 5+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in written, reading, and conversational Brazilian Portuguese and English.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • 6+ years technical pre-sales, technical consulting, or technology delivery, or related experience OR equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years experience with cloud and hybrid, or on premises infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, industry standards, and/or technology management.
  • Certification in relevant technologies or disciplines (e.g., Office 365, Power BI, Azure Architect and Development exams, Cloud Platform Technologies, Information Security, Architecture).
  • Proven ability to lead technical engagements (e.g., hackathons, PoCs, MVPs) that drive production-scale outcomes.
  • Expertise in Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Teams Calling, Meetings & Devices, Teams Premium and Microsoft 365 Core workloads.
  • Certification in relevant technologies or disciplines (e.g., AB-900, AB-730, AB-731, AB-620, AB-650 and/or AB-100).
