Ericsson Japan is seeking a Solution Architect to enhance customer network quality and drive business growth using advanced mobile network technologies. This role involves proposing, validating, and commercializing solutions that improve network performance and enable differentiated services, while also acting as a technical leader in project delivery.

Ansvarsområden

  • Investigate mobile network quality issues and analyze performance using field data.
  • Identify and quantify performance issues and their root causes.
  • Present findings, insights, and recommendations to customers.
  • Propose solutions (4G & 5G) by defining technical requirements and designing hardware, software, and feature deployments.
  • Develop and recommend network strategies, leveraging global best practices.
  • Assess and design automation solutions using AI/ML technologies.
  • Plan and execute laboratory and field trials to validate solutions.
  • Analyze trial results and present outcomes to customers.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers.
  • Support project execution progress tracking and knowledge sharing.

Krav

  • 5+ years of professional experience in telecommunications, particularly in RAN technologies.
  • Experience in R&D, network deployment, feature introduction, network operations, or quality management for RAN.
  • Fundamental understanding of 4G and 5G network architecture and 3GPP standards.
  • Experience as a technical leader in RAN-related projects or service delivery.
  • Experience with data processing using BI tools and/or Python scripting.
  • Experience performing KPI-based statistical analysis, performance evaluation, and network improvement recommendations.
  • Customer-facing presentation experience and consultative proposal skills.
  • Native or equivalent proficiency in Japanese.
  • Business-level communication skills in English.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Knowledge of AI/ML and software development or coding skills.
  • Knowledge of Autonomous Networks and TM Forum (AN Level X) frameworks.
  • Presales experience and/or executive-level presentation experience.
  • Project management skills including planning, cost and risk analysis, and resource management.
  • Broad understanding of the RAN industry and global examples of service differentiation.
