Ericsson is seeking a Services Professional to serve as a Solution Architect in Mexico City. This role involves analyzing and troubleshooting customer issues, primarily with Packet Core and Cloud technologies, and providing solutions. The position requires extensive experience in support services and deep technical knowledge of core domain nodes, with on-call duties and potential travel.

Ansvarsområden

  • Perform troubleshooting on Packet Core issues/CSRs as primary domain & Cloud as Secondary domain.
  • Deliver Remedy/Resolution and analysis for Cloud and Packet Core nodes (PCC, PCG, MME, EPG, WMG, CNIS, SDI, CCD & CEE).
  • Work on Integration of Packet Core 4G/5G products.
  • Provide solution level support to customers.
  • Lead Root cause analysis & drive escalation independently.
  • Be on call 24/7 on rotation basis to handle customer issues, escalations and/or Emergencies.
  • Be willing to travel to Customer sites on need basis for local support activities.
  • Work on Ericsson standard support tools for tickets such as CSR (Customer Service Request), MHWEB, Metis & JIRA.
  • Provide feedback to R&D.
  • Stay abreast of new technology/technical areas and share information about solution to enable customer competence build.
  • Mentor new team members.

Krav

  • Expert technical knowledge on Core domain nodes (10+ years of experience).
  • Extensive experience on support services and operations (8+ years).
  • Good hands-on experience on virtualized & Cloud-Native environments.
  • Scripting Knowledge.
  • Excellent ability to expertly represent Ericsson in customer environment.
  • Proven ability to work and to make decisions independently and under time pressure.
  • Articulate technical issues in clear and understandable manner.
  • Excellent Collaboration Skills.
  • Communication Skills.
  • Coaching & Mentoring Skill.
  • Willingness to travel on short notice.
  • Must Speak English and Spanish.
  • Should be able travel to customer site as required.
