Microsoft is looking for a Solution Architect to join their Industry Solutions Delivery team. This role focuses on understanding customer technical environments, designing and deploying robust architectures, and serving as a trusted advisor. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of experience or a Master's degree with 4+ years of experience in technology solutions, architecture, or consulting.

Ansvarsområden

  • Gathers and propagates customer/partner insights to shape project definition and execution.
  • Identifies and evaluates industry trends and works with stakeholders to socialize business solutions.
  • Leverages structured approaches and methodologies for architecture projects.
  • Defines and documents architecture through various documents and logs.
  • Collaborates with Project Managers and customers to drive project governance and demonstrate business value.
  • Gathers and ratifies requirements and constraints, managing ambiguity and documenting assumptions.
  • Builds and documents realistically costed Solution Approaches.
  • Identifies scenarios that could slow or impede pre-sales/delivery and orchestrates the broader Microsoft team to address blockers.
  • Works in collaboration with the Project Manager and Account Team to identify, categorize, and communicate business and technical risks.
  • Generates new and/or improvements to existing intellectual property.
  • Develops a network of internal/external relationships to build influence.
  • Stays up to date on Microsoft’s technologies, products, and services.
  • Shares ideas, insight, and strategic, technical input with technical teams and internal communities.

Krav

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND 6+ years' experience in technology solutions, practice development, architecture, consulting, and/or technology domain (e.g., Security).
  • OR Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND 4+ years' experience in technology solutions, practice development, architecture, consulting, and/or technology domain (e.g., Security).
  • OR equivalent experience.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND 8+ years' experience in technology solutions, practice development, architecture, consulting, and/or technology domain (e.g., Security).
  • OR Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND 6+ years' experience in technology solutions, practice development, architecture, consulting, and/or technology domain (e.g., Security).
  • OR equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years technical sales experience.
  • 4+ years project management experience.
  • Technical or Professional Certification in Domain (e.g., Security).
