I korthet

As a Solution Architect, you will translate client business requirements into detailed system designs for complex technology solutions, acting as the client's advocate for the architecture. You will gather insights from stakeholders, define and document architecture, and collaborate with project managers and account teams to drive project governance and delivery.

Ansvarsområden

  • Gather customer/partner insights from a broad range of stakeholders to shape project definition and execution.
  • Define and document architecture through architecture description documents, decision logs, and requirements traceability matrices.
  • Communicate the value proposition of business solutions and project approaches.
  • Collaborate with customers to demonstrate business value (e.g., revenue release, cost savings).
  • Manage and resolve ambiguity in requirements and constraints, documenting assumptions and implications.
  • Generate new or improved intellectual property and drive the re-use of intellectual property.
  • Lead virtual teams around technologies and customer/partner challenges by sharing insights and strategic input.
  • Connect gaps and patterns across business and technology areas to drive change.

Krav

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND 8+ years experience in technology solutions, practice development, architecture, consulting, and/or technology domain of Data & AI; OR Master's Degree AND 6+ years experience; OR equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years managing multiple projects or portfolios.
  • 1+ year(s) experience leading blended, multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong understanding of complex business problems to ensure projects leverage appropriate technology and technical design.
  • Enterprise-scale technical experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructures, architecture designs, database migrations, and technology management.
  • Experience in moving data from on-premises data platforms to cloud and designing cloud-native data warehouse platforms.
  • Experience working with transactional, temporal, time-series, and structured and unstructured data.
  • Experience with Big Data and Data Warehouses including Azure Synapse Analytics, Snowflake, GCP’s Big Query, AWS Redshift, Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Explorer.
  • Experience with Advanced Analytics including Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Bricks, data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau).
  • Experience with Data Science and Machine Learning (Azure ML, ML Server, TensorFlow, or other similar frameworks).
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure, storage optimization, and query optimizations.
  • Experience in delivering/managing lifecycle of software/services using DevOps/MLOps.
  • Proficiency in data modeling and design, including SQL development and database administration.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, such as Azure, to manage and integrate data systems.
  • Knowledge of big data developments and technology architectures.
  • Familiarity with data security measures and compliance regulations.
  • Ability to design and model database, data warehouse, and data flow infrastructures.
  • Understanding of data integration and the tools to manage data flow.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND 12+ years experience in technology solutions, practice development, architecture, consulting, and/or technology domain (e.g., Security); OR Master's Degree AND 8+ years experience; OR equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years technical sales experience.
  • 6+ years project management experience.
  • 3+ years people management experience, including managing consultant practice managers, technical sales managers, and/or technical architect managers.
  • Technical or Professional Certification in Domain (e.g., Security).
