Ansvarsområden
- Lead, manage, and develop a team of Software Engineers, including talent reviews and fostering a healthy team culture.
- Guide system architecture and design with Staff-level technical judgment and decision-making, ensuring prompt technical decisions and proactive risk management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Program, Compliance, Legal) to develop new capabilities, publish roadmaps, and improve solution quality.
- Manage the infrastructure for the Sanctions platform, ensuring robustness, scalability, and reliability.
- Partner with Product Managers to understand legal and compliance requirements for sanctions screening and propose solutions.
Krav
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
- 2 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Master's Degree or PhD degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Experience designing, building, and maintaining scalable products and services for external clients.
- Experience with large-scale backend server infrastructure (e.g., Monarch, Spanner).
- Proven ability to demonstrate Staff-level technical judgment and decision-making for large-scale backend systems.
- Background in the compliance domain.
- Excellent working proficiency, communication skills, and experience managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
