Krav

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in software development.
2 years of experience with full stack development (back-end: Java, Python, Go, C++; front-end: JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS).
3 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
2 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
Experience working with Machine Learning (ML) models, tuning precision/recall, Generative AI (GenAI) model quality.
