Inter IKEA Group seeks a Software Engineering Leader in Malmö, Sweden, to guide engineering work in Sellable Range Offer Management & Home Planning. This role involves aligning teams, governing architecture, and driving technical improvements for digital product content and customer home furnishing solutions.

Ansvarsområden

  • Align engineering initiatives and best practices across multiple teams within a product area.
  • Contribute to and govern architecture design and refactoring in line with enterprise guidelines.
  • Support teams with technical decision-making, design patterns and platform usage.
  • Drive technical improvements to increase reliability, performance and efficiency.
  • Act as an ambassador for software engineering and security best practices.

Krav

  • Extensive experience in modern software engineering principles and practices.
  • Strong knowledge of architecture concepts and frameworks (e.g. TOGAF or similar).
  • Experience governing digital product architecture across teams or product areas.
  • Experience mentoring and leading engineers in complex technical environments.
  • Ability to understand and navigate complex business and technology landscapes.
  • Experience driving technical and architectural priorities and implementations across teams.
  • Take ownership of a defined technical or product area and proactively drive its evolution and outcomes.
  • Independently identify opportunities, challenges and improvements.
  • Define and drive technical vision, goals, and roadmaps within your area of responsibility.
  • Continuously challenge the status quo and push for improvements in ways of working, architecture, and technical quality.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Deep knowledge of the technology stack within the relevant product area.
  • Experience working in large, distributed product organisations.
