Google is seeking a Software Engineer III, Full Stack to develop next-generation technologies that change how billions of users interact with information. This role involves working across back-end (Java, Python, Golang, C++) and front-end (JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS) development, with opportunities for growth and team switching. The engineer will write code, participate in design reviews, and troubleshoot system issues.

Ansvarsområden

  • Write product or system development code.
  • Participate in, or lead design reviews with peers and stakeholders to decide amongst available technologies.
  • Review code developed by other developers and provide feedback to ensure best practices.
  • Contribute to existing documentation or educational content and adapt content based on product/program updates and user feedback.
  • Triage product or system issues and debug/track/resolve by analyzing the sources of issues and the impact on hardware, network, or service operations and quality.

Krav

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.
  • 2 years of experience with full stack development, across back-end such as Java, Python, Golang, or C++ codebases, and front-end experience including JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, CSS or equivalent.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical fields.
  • 2 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
  • Experience developing accessible technologies.
  • Solid foundation in computer science, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms and software design.
