I korthet

As a Software Engineer, you will solve complex problems, innovate new solutions, and identify trends. You will collaborate with stakeholders, design and implement code, optimize performance, and act as a Designated Responsible Individual. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent, 2+ years of professional development experience, and familiarity with Python, C++, C#, ML, NLP, search technologies, and Microsoft Cloud Services (Azure, Entra, O365).

Ansvarsområden

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to determine user requirements.
  • Drive identification of dependencies and development of design documents.
  • Create, implement, optimize, debug, refactor, and reuse code for performance and maintainability.
  • Leverage subject-matter expertise and partner with stakeholders to drive project and release plans.
  • Act as a Designated Responsible Individual (DRI) and guide other engineers.
  • Monitor system/product/service for degradation and initiate actions to restore functionality.
  • Proactively seek new knowledge and adapt to new trends, technical solutions, and patterns.

Krav

  • Bachelor and/or Graduate degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of professional development experience.
  • Technical Stack: Python, C++, C#, ML, NLP, and search technologies.
  • Focus Areas: Agentic Development, Strong analytical skills, customer engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Cloud Services (Azure, Entra, O365).
  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements.
  • Microsoft Cloud Background Check required upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Self-identify as a technical software engineer with a passion for cloud technologies and AI.
  • Previous experience as a Software Developer Engineer.
  • Track record of working closely with agile and diverse engineering teams.
  • Understanding of cloud, AI and other computing technologies, including business drivers and emerging trends.
  • Experience working in geographically dispersed teams.
  • Self-starter who likes tackling new challenges and working independently.
  • Ability to build relationships with senior technical and business leaders.
  • Strong verbal and written communication ability including fluency in English.
