I korthet

We are seeking a Software Development Engineer to join the XB Science team, focusing on building and deploying ML-powered systems for cross-border product discovery, optimization, and forecasting. The role involves partnering with Applied Scientists to productionize ML models, automate ML pipelines, and ensure operational excellence for international marketplaces.

Ansvarsområden

  • Own end-to-end production deployment and scaling of ML models, from SageMaker training to real-time/batch inference.
  • Build and maintain automated ML pipelines including data ingestion, feature engineering, model retraining, and inference orchestration.
  • Architect systems for zero-code-change market expansion, scaling to new countries and languages through configuration.
  • Ensure production excellence through monitoring, alerting, on-call rotation, runbooks, SLA adherence, and latency optimization.
  • Build agentic AI infrastructure including orchestration frameworks, tool-use APIs, and guardrails for AI agents.

Krav

  • 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in designing or architecting systems (design patterns, reliability, scaling).
  • 3+ years of experience in the Video Games Industry supporting title development, release, or live operations.
  • Experience programming with at least one software programming language.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • 3+ years of experience in the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
