As a Software Engineer in Hefei, China, you will design and develop scalable software solutions for vacuum equipment and automation. This role involves system architecture, software development, commissioning, and data visualization, reporting to the Engineering Manager, System. Ansvarsområden
- Design overall software solutions for vacuum equipment and automation applications.
- Develop core control software for multi-axis motion control, machine vision, and process automation.
- Implement communication interfaces with PLCs, sensors, and industrial instruments using protocols like Modbus TCP/RTU, CANopen, EtherCAT, and OPC UA.
- Lead software and hardware integration testing and troubleshooting.
- Develop HMI and data visualization applications for real-time production data acquisition and analysis.
- Prepare software requirement specifications, design documents, operating manuals, and commissioning guidelines.
Krav
- Bachelor's degree or above in Automation, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in independent development and delivery of customized automation equipment solutions.
- Proficient in multi-threading, network, and database programming (SQL).
- Familiarity with servo, stepper motors, and various industrial control devices.

- Candidates with experience in machine vision or MES system development will be given priority.
- Good reading and written English skills.
- Fluent spoken English is a plus.
- Vacuum engineering knowledge or experience is a plus.
