Experienced tech leader needed for IN Hardline Fulfillment Experiences Tech to drive innovation and improve customer order fulfillment. You will lead a world-class engineering team, develop strategy, and own software development from architecture to release, focusing on India-first features.

Ansvarsområden

  • Lead large cross-functional strategic initiatives to improve customer fulfillment experiences and affordability.
  • Hire and develop a world-class team of engineers.
  • Work closely with product owners, engineering leaders, and leadership across the company.
  • Develop strategy, architecture, and implementation of critical features into the mobile platform.
  • Own software in all phases of the software life-cycle.
  • Design, build, and own India-first features and programs relevant for global customers.

Krav

  • 7+ years of engineering experience.
  • 3+ years of engineering team management experience.
  • 8+ years of leading the definition and development of multi-tier web services.
  • Knowledge of engineering practices and patterns for the full software/hardware/networks development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, certification, and livesite operations.
  • Experience partnering with product or program management teams.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and senior leadership to collect requirements, describe software product features, technical designs, and product strategy.
  • Experience in recruiting, hiring, mentoring/coaching, and managing teams of Software Engineers to improve their skills and make them more effective.
