Ansvarsområden

Directly manage a team of engineers, ensuring on-time delivery and high quality of work.
Make technical decisions from software architecture to operational excellence.
Ensure features can scale to support Alexa in various languages and devices.
Communicate with users, technical teams, and senior leadership to collect requirements, describe features, designs, and strategy.

Krav

7+ years of engineering experience.
3+ years of engineering team management experience.
8+ years of leading the definition and development of multi-tier web services.
Knowledge of engineering practices for the full software/hardware/networks development lifecycle (coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, certification, livesite operations).
Experience partnering with product or program management teams.
Experience designing or architecting new and existing systems (design patterns, reliability, scaling).

Önskade kvalifikationer

Experience in recruiting, hiring, mentoring/coaching, and managing teams of Software Engineers to improve their skills and effectiveness.
