I korthet

We are seeking a Software Development Engineer to join the PXT Case Management team, focusing on building AI-powered HR support solutions. You will collaborate on architecture, drive projects from design to delivery, mentor junior engineers, and ensure operational excellence. This role involves writing maintainable code, designing scalable systems, and contributing to the next generation of Amazon's HR case management platform.

Ansvarsområden

  • Implement components of 3-year architecture plans.
  • Drive individual projects from design to delivery.
  • Mentor SDE-I engineers on coding practices and technical implementation.
  • Contribute to technical discussions shaping team-level solutions.
  • Write maintainable, well-structured, and testable code.
  • Design systems to solve Amazon-scale problems.
  • Participate in team-level operations review meetings.
  • Meet with customers to understand problems and brainstorm solutions.
  • Root cause and resolve trouble tickets.
  • Participate in on-call rotations.
  • Continuously improve operational excellence.

Krav

  • 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
  • 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience.
  • 3+ years of Video Games Industry (supporting title Development, Release, or Live Ops) experience.
  • Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
  • Full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
