Amazon is looking for Software Development Engineers to build next-generation online payment systems supporting numerous countries and payment methods. The role involves designing, implementing, and supporting multi-tier distributed software applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and reliability.

Ansvarsområden

  • Define, design, and implement multi-tier distributed software applications.
  • Estimate engineering effort, plan implementation, and rollout system changes.
  • Independently design, code, and test major features.
  • Collaborate effectively with multiple teams (software development, QA, Project/Release Management, Build and Release).
  • Provide on-call production support for payment platform applications.

Krav

  • 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
  • 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience (design patterns, reliability and scaling of new and existing systems).
  • 3+ years of Video Games Industry experience (supporting title Development, Release, or Live Ops).
  • Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
  • Full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
