Amazon is seeking talented software engineers to build the next generation of online payment systems, supporting numerous countries and payment methods. This role involves defining, designing, and implementing multi-tier distributed software applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and reliability.

Ansvarsområden

  • Define, design, and implement multi-tier distributed software applications.
  • Estimate engineering effort, plan implementation, and rollout system changes meeting requirements for functionality, performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Independently design, code, and test major features, and collaborate with team members on complex changes.
  • Collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple teams (software development, QA, Project/Release Management, Build and Release).
  • Provide on-call production support for payment platform applications.

Krav

  • 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
  • 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience (design patterns, reliability and scaling of new and existing systems).
  • 3+ years of Video Games Industry (supporting title Development, Release, or Live Ops) experience.
  • Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
