AWS Infrastructure Services is looking for a Software Development Engineer III in Bengaluru, India to design, develop, test, and deploy Supply Chain Software and Applications. This role involves working on greenfield projects, building large-scale distributed applications using technologies like reactive microservices and serverless computing, and contributing to the full software development lifecycle within the AWS Cloud.

Ansvarsområden

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy Supply Chain Software and Applications.
  • Collaborate with business leaders, Data Engineers, and Data Scientists to ideate software solutions.
  • Design client-side and server-side architecture for Supply Chain applications.
  • Write high-quality, modular, functional, and testable code.
  • Develop functional databases, applications, and servers.
  • Write effective APIs and develop technical specifications.
  • Test software for responsiveness and efficiency; troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade applications.
  • Create security and data protection settings for cloud-deployed applications.
  • Formally mentor junior engineers.
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively in a global environment.

Krav

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
  • 8+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
  • 6+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience.
  • 5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience.
  • Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or leading an engineering team.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • 8+ years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
  • Experience building complex software systems successfully delivered to customers.
  • Experience leading the architecture and design of new and current systems.
  • Experience communicating with users, other technical teams, and management.
  • 4+ years of supply chain management within a procurement organization experience.
