I korthet

We are seeking an experienced Software Development Engineer II (SDE II) with strong technical acumen to join our Fintelligence Workplace team in Hyderabad, India. You will drive innovative automated solutions using AI/ML, AWS cloud, and distributed systems, contributing to the entire development lifecycle and taking ownership of system success. The role involves designing and implementing intelligent automation workflows, leveraging LLMs and AWS Bedrock to process millions of transactions and improve customer experience.

Ansvarsområden

  • Drive solutions across the entire development lifecycle, from design to coding, testing, and deployment.
  • Build innovative automated solutions for customers leveraging AWS cloud, machine learning algorithms, and distributed systems.
  • Drive architectural and design choices, invent new features, develop distributed services, and build a scalable, service-oriented platform.
  • Design and implement intelligent automation workflows that leverage large language models for natural language understanding, decision-making, and content generation.
  • Build robust integrations with AWS Bedrock for LLM interactions and develop agentic systems using MCP for complex workflow orchestration.
  • Create AI-powered triage systems that classify and route work with 95%+ accuracy across dozens of categories.
  • Process millions of transactions and handle real-time data from diverse sources.
  • Collaborate with SDMs, TPMs and Senior Software Development Engineers (SDEs) to contribute to the technical and architectural direction.
  • Develop scalable, fault-tolerant, and highly available services/capabilities supporting large-scale customers.
  • Take a lead role in guiding and supporting junior engineers, promoting best practices in design, coding, testability, and security.
  • Encourage the adoption of new technologies and devise efficient algorithms tailored to the customer base.

Krav

  • 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
  • 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience.
  • Experience programming with at least one software programming language.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
