As a Software Development Engineer (SDE-2) for Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA), you will lead the design and delivery of systems to overcome adoption barriers for large product categories. This role involves owning technical architecture, influencing broader FBA platforms, and mentoring engineers within a startup-like environment at Amazon.

Ansvarsområden

  • Design and build end-to-end systems to remove structural barriers to FBA adoption.
  • Own the technical architecture for your domain, balancing speed-to-market with long-term scalability.
  • Work across organizational boundaries to implement necessary changes.
  • Translate complex business problems into scalable technical solutions.
  • Influence technical direction across the FBA platform.
  • Mentor engineers on the team and shape engineering culture.

Krav

  • 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
  • 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience (design patterns, reliability, scaling).
  • Experience programming with at least one software programming language.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • 3+ years of full software development lifecycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
