We are seeking a Software Development Engineer to join our Finance Technology team in Hyderabad. You will build and own critical global payment systems, leveraging AI-driven development and adhering to core engineering principles. Ansvarsområden

Own features and components of payment systems end-to-end, from design to deployment and production support.
Design solutions and make technical tradeoffs, coding independently with support from senior engineers.
Work directly with product managers and business stakeholders (finance, tax, accounts payable) to understand and build the right solutions.
Ship incrementally through staged rollouts and measurement.
Reduce operational load by automating recurring manual interventions.
Improve system documentation and maintainability for future engineers.
Raise the bar through code reviews, mentoring, and onboarding new teammates.
Utilize AI agents across the development lifecycle for exploration, design, coding, testing, and issue resolution.
Build agentic capabilities into systems to automate decisions and investigations.

Krav

3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
2+ years of experience in design or architecture of new and existing systems (design patterns, reliability, and scaling).
1+ years of software development engineer or related occupational experience.
1+ years of designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded or distributed software applications, tools, systems, and services using C#, C++, Java, or Perl.
1+ years of Object Oriented Design experience.
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
Experience programming with at least one software programming language.

Önskade kvalifikationer

3+ years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
Experience contributing to the architecture and design of new and current systems.
Experience debugging, profiling, and implementing best software engineering practices in large-scale systems.
Experience with cloud computing or web services or related areas.
Experience using AI-assisted development tools in academic or professional settings.
