Ansvarsområden
- Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant distributed services supporting real-time shipping policy resolution and AI agent orchestration.
- Build and maintain GenAI/LLM-powered features including agent capabilities, natural language interfaces, and automated debugging tools.
- Define and document APIs, integration contracts, and onboarding playbooks for partner teams adopting the platform.
- Drive operational excellence: automate metrics reporting, reduce on-call burden, and continuously improve system reliability.
- Scope complex projects end-to-end: gather requirements, design solutions, make trade-offs, and deliver iteratively in an agile environment.
- Mentor team members, participate in code reviews, and raise the engineering bar through best practices in design, testing, and operational readiness.
- Anticipate bottlenecks, escalate risks proactively, and communicate progress clearly to cross-functional stakeholders.
Krav
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- 3+ years of Video Games Industry (supporting title Development, Release, or Live Ops) experience
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Önskade kvalifikationer
- 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
